How it is graded
Say when to use the tool and when not to, and name the alternative for the cases you exclude. Naming a sibling to mark a boundary earns full marks; a description that tries to enforce an ordering ("always call this first") is a tool-set problem wearing a description problem's clothes.

How to score well
- Say when to use the tool and when not to.
- Name the alternative tool for the cases you exclude, so the agent knows which sibling answers which question.
